Privacy Policy — Bunker app
Version 1.0, 3 September 2026
This policy explains what data the Bunker iOS app processes, why it is needed, who it is
shared with, and how to delete it.
This policy covers the mobile app. The website online.bunker-game.com has its
own documents — a public offer and a personal data consent — which govern subscription payments
made on the website and apply independently of this policy.
1. Who processes your data
The controller of app users' personal data is BUNKER GAMES TRADING FZCO
(United Arab Emirates), the publisher of the app on the App Store.
You can reach us at online@bunker-game.com.
We answer privacy requests within 30 days, and reports about other users' content within
24 hours.
2. What data we process
2.1. Account data
- Access code — the eight-character code that is your account.
It is the same for the app and the website.
- Email address — if you received your code by email or signed in with
Google, VK ID or Apple. When signing in with Apple you may hide your address; in that
case we only receive and store a relay address such as
…@privaterelay.appleid.com.
- Name and avatar from your Google, VK ID or Apple profile, if you signed
in with one of them.
2.2. Data you create in the game
- Your in-game name and the short "about me" line you
enter in the lobby. Both are visible to other players in the game.
- Your speeches — what you type or say during a game. They are visible to
other players and are kept in the game history and on the recap page.
- The host message — text the game creator shows to invited players.
- Voice recordings — if you use the microphone button. The recording is
sent for transcription and is not stored, neither on our servers nor by
the processor: we keep only the resulting text, and only if you send it as a speech.
- Game feedback — a rating and a comment, if you leave them.
- Content reports — the text of your report and a copy of the reported
material.
2.3. Technical data
- A device identifier generated by the app itself. It exists so that a paid
access code cannot be shared with an unlimited number of people.
- The IP address from which an access code was first and last used, for the
same purpose.
- Usage data: which screens were opened, which actions were taken, device
type and OS version, interface language. We use it to find out where the app works badly.
What the app does not do. The app contains no advertising or tracking SDKs:
no Yandex.Metrica, no Top.Mail.ru, no Apple advertising identifier (IDFA). We do not track you
across other apps and websites, and we do not share data with ad networks or data brokers.
Yandex.Metrica and Top.Mail.ru run only on the online.bunker-game.com website, where
Yandex.Metrica also records on-page visitor activity (session replay). Neither is installed in
the app.
3. Why we process data
- To run the game: seat a table, show players each other's speeches,
compute the outcome, keep history and achievements.
- To run the AI-driven characters — see section 4.
- To verify access: check the code, confirm a new device for a paid code,
restore access by email.
- To answer your requests and review content reports.
- To improve the app, using aggregated usage statistics.
- To comply with the law — keeping records of payments and consents.
4. Sharing data with AI services
Your opponents in a game are driven by an external language model. To let such a character
hold a conversation, the game context is sent to it:
- players' in-game names and their "about me" lines;
- players' speeches, including yours;
- the cards revealed in the game and technical details of its progress.
If you use voice input, the same pipeline additionally receives an
audio recording of your speech, which is transcribed into text.
Data travels through the OpenRouter routing service, which forwards the
request to one of the model providers: Google, OpenAI or
Anthropic. Which one depends on the model selected for the game.
Before your first game the app asks for your explicit consent to this transfer and sends
nothing until consent is given. You may withdraw consent by deleting the app or your account;
playing without it is not possible, because the whole game is built around AI opponents.
Please do not put personal data into your speeches — neither your own nor
anyone else's. Your in-game name does not have to be your real one.
5. Who else receives data
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing
purposes.
6. How long we keep data
- Account data and game history — for as long as the account exists.
- Voice recordings — not kept at all.
- Payment and consent records — for the periods required by accounting and data protection
law, regardless of account deletion.
- Email addresses on the suppression list — indefinitely, otherwise we could not honour
your opt-out.
7. Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account inside the app:
home screen → "Settings" → "Delete account". You do not need to write to us.
The account is shared between the app and the website, so deletion ends
access to both.
On deletion we:
- delete your email address, name, avatar, "about me" line, the links to your Google, VK and
Apple accounts, your device list, achievements and unlocked rare cards;
- anonymise your telemetry and feedback;
- deactivate the access code — it can no longer be used to sign in;
- stop subscription auto-renewal if it was on. Money for the already paid period is not
refunded.
What remains after deletion:
- your speeches in games already played — they are part of other players'
game history, so the author is anonymised ("Player 4") and the link to you is destroyed;
- payment and consent records — we are required by law to keep them;
- your email on the suppression list — so that we never email you again.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
8. Your rights
You may request information about the data we process about you, ask us to correct, block or
erase it, and withdraw your consent. Write to
online@bunker-game.com from the address linked to
your account, or quote your access code.
9. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If you believe a child has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
The current version is always available at this address. We announce material changes in the
app on the first launch after an update.
