CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I, the user of the website (hereinafter referred to as the «Personal Data Subject»), freely, by my own will and in my own interest, give this consent to the processing of my personal data.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT THE OPERATOR

4. METHODS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

5. DURATION OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

After the said periods expire, personal data shall be deleted or depersonalised, unless otherwise required for the performance of the contract or by lawful demand.

6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

I am notified and give consent to the transfer of my personal data to the following categories of third parties for the purposes specified in section 3 of this consent:

8. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

I am notified that the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the cessation of the processing of personal data by the Operator in the part for which consent is required, as well as the deletion or termination of the processing of personal data within a reasonable time from the moment the Operator receives the corresponding notice, unless otherwise required for the performance of the contract or by lawful demand. To withdraw consent, a notice must be sent to the Operator's email address or by another means specified in the contacts section on the website.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

This consent comes into force from the moment I express my consent by performing a corresponding action (ticking the box «I agree to the processing of personal data», pressing the «Pay» button, or another conclusive action) and is valid until it is withdrawn or the processing of personal data is terminated in accordance with section 5 of this consent. I confirm that I have read the privacy policy or similar document posted on the Operator's website (if available) and accept its terms to the extent that they relate to the processing of my data. I give consent to the processing of my personal data in the volume and manner specified in this consent, knowingly and voluntarily.
